NAGAON, April 3: DTO, Nagaon collected revenue of Rs 83,39,51,759.00 in the fiscal year 2023-24 from various sources in the district. Sources at the office of DTO, Nagaon stated that the department concerned fixed its revenue target of Rs 102.34 crores during the last fiscal year, and the district Transport Department fulfilled 81.48 percent of the targeted amount. While speaking to the local media persons here, Nagaon DTO, Gautam Kr Das said that the department concerned initially fixed its revenue target at over Rs 73 crores, but it was extended to Rs 102.34 crores in December last.
