Workshop on career building held in Margherita

MARGHERITA, April 29: The Gyandeep Senior Secondary School in collaboration with Skill Reckoner organised a workshop on ‘Future skills career building’at its school campus in Jagun in Tinsukia district on Monday.

During the event, Mousumi Kalita Sachdeva, CEO of GRIFFIN publication, co-founder of Skill Reckoner, author, poet, writer and TV presenter was present as the chief guest.

The founder of school, Pankaj Pradhan also organised a career counselling session for students, youths and teachers Jagun.

Through this endeavour, they aimed to guide and empower the students mentally and make them well informed about the current and future opportunities available in different sectors.

Mousumi Sachdeva expressed her journey and motivated the students in planning their careers by understanding their requirements and suggesting career options based on their skills and interests.

Meanwhile, three students were selected among whom who the best would be awarded the opportunity to pursue higher education outside the state in a reputed college after passing the 12th standard.

CEO Griffin publication also offered to publish free books for the students of Gyandeep Senior Secondary School to encourage their creativity and bring out the ‘writer’ in them.
