GUWAHATI, June 4: The bustling Kumarpara area of Guwahati witnessed the grand inauguration of a new fine dine restaurant named KGF (King of Good Food) Chapter 1, brought to you by the esteemed Manbhavan Darbar since 1983. The inauguration ceremony was graced by prominent dignitaries, including MLA Siddharth Bhattacharya, renowned Assamese writer and IAS Sri Taneswar Malakar, GMC ward 15 councillor Saurav Jhunjhunwala, and social activist Sri Bishnu Didwania, among others. The restaurant’s owners, Swati Agarwal, Rakesh Sharma, and Ajay Verma, were also present on this joyous occasion.

During the ceremony, MLA Siddharth Bhattacharya expressed his delight at the rapid growth of restaurants in Guwahati, particularly in Kumarpara, indicating the locals’ profound love for food. He highlighted the long-standing need for a multi-cuisine fine dining establishment, a void that has now been filled by the opening of KGF CHAPTER 1.

Women entrepreneur Swati Agarwal, speaking at the event, provided insights into the restaurant’s features. KGF CHAPTER 1 boasts a spacious area spanning 1000 sq. ft. with a fine dining capacity for 30 patrons. The restaurant’s interiors have been meticulously designed, showcasing a modern and state-of-the-art ambiance while prioritizing hygiene. Patrons can relish delectable items like Chola Bhatura, Club Kachori, Pav Bhaji, Paneer Tikka, Dosa, Kesariya Roomali Roti with Coconut Paneer Masala, and many more mouthwatering delicacies.
