GOLAGHAT, Jan 31: CISF jawan Bipul ch Gogoi died in a road accident when he was coming from the Numaligarh Refinery on his scooter bearing registration no JH 09 L 9465 to the CISF camp on Friday.

Eye witnesses stated that an unidenfied vehicle hit him fled the scene.
