Led by Joseph Kujur, president of the Dolamara Regional Committee, and Suraj Gour, secretary, the delegation met with EM Tokbi at his residence in Diphu. They requested earth-filling work at the proposed site for the Tea Estate Model School in Dolamara, emphasising the need for land reclamation as the site currently consists of undulating terrain with swamps.

EM Tokbi assured the delegation that he would look into the matter.
