Eid celebrations in Karbi Anglong

BOKAJAN: Along with the rest of the nation, Karbi Anglong celebrated Eid on Saturday with religious fervor. The Muslims attended prayers in Mosques and greeted each other. People went out in new clothes and enjoyed themselves.

Eid-Ul-Fitr was celebrated in Bokajan, in Sukhanjan and Lahorijan. The Muslim community gathered in Mosques around 8 am in the morning for prayers and greeted each other.
