JORHAT, April 20: The final poll percentage for the 14 Jorhat Lok Sabha constituency is 79.89 per cent.
A Jorhat district administration official stated the Mahmora Legislative Assembly constituency with 81.81 per cent registered the highest poll percentage among 10 Legislative Assembly constituencies of the Jorhat Parliamentary seat. This was followed by the Nazira Legislative Assembly, which registered 81.71 per cent of polling.
Majuli with 81 per cent recorded the third highest poll percentage among the 10 Legislative Assembly seats, while Jorhat Legislative Assembly constituency recorded the lowest poll percentage of 75.49 per cent.
While the poll percentage of Demow was 80.93 per cent, Sivasagar registered 80.58 per cent of polling, Titabar with 79.41 per cent of polling, Teok with 79.39 per cent of polling, Mariani with 77.73 per cent of polling and Sonari with 80.47 per cent of polling and Jorhat with 75.49 per cent of polling.
