Another speaker, Manoj Kumar Borthakur, shed light on Ghalib’s poems, describing them as a wonderful blend of mysticism, Sufism, humanism, and realism in the Urdu language. In his speech, Subhasish Borthakur, a teacher, emphasized that Urdu, although the mother tongue of over 23 crore Muslims, is not exclusive to Muslims, similar to Sanskrit, and should be embraced by anyone with a literary taste.
