DIPHU, Dec 10: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Karbi Anglong, announced the organisation of the National Lok Adalat on December 14. The event will commence at 10:00 AM and will be held at two locations: the District Judiciary Campus in Diphu and the SDJM Court Campus in Bokajan.
The National Lok Adalat aims to facilitate the amicable resolution of a wide range of cases, including compoundable pending court cases, civil cases, matrimonial disputes, and pre-litigation matters related to banks, APDCL, BSNL, and other similar issues.
Litigants and parties who have received summons or notices are encouraged to attend the Lok Adalat to take advantage of this opportunity for resolving their disputes peacefully and efficiently.
This initiative aligns with the directives of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), ensuring access to justice and the settlement of disputes through mutual agreement.
