Guwahati, Aug 8: Amidst the auspices of Vishwa Dharma Chetna Manch and the Sri Brahmrishi Ashram, the Amrit Mahotsav has been ceremoniously inaugurated in Guwahati. This momentous occasion was graced by the presence of Siddhguru Sri Siddheshwar Brahmarshi Gurudev at the ITA Center in Guwahati. The event was inaugurated by Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, who honoured the event as the chief guest. Notable attendees included Meghalaya cabinet ministers AL Haque and Sripal Jain, prominent industrialist Kailash Lohia, Sri Brahmrishi Ashram chairman Sarala Bothra, as well as members of the Reception Committee such as Shubhakaran Bothra, Kamal Baid, Amarchand Baid, Navratan Baid, national chairman of the Media Cell at Sri Brahmrishi Ashram, Ravi Pugalia, Manmal Lodha, Pankaj Jalan, Subhash Surana, and numerous other esteemed dignitaries.
Expressing his sentiments at the Amrit Mahotsav, the Governor shared, “Participating in this divine event fills me with immense joy. India’s soil has been blessed by the footsteps of rishis, saints, and mahatmas. Throughout history, on this sacred land, great sages and saints have upheld the banner of sanctity through their austere practices. I humbly offer my respect and salutations to these venerable Mahatmas.”
The Governor also received the blessings of Siddhguru Sri Siddheshwar Brahmarshi Gurudev, remarking, “We are all extremely fortunate to have a Siddhguru in human form who tirelessly engages in spiritual practices to safeguard our lives.”
Shubhakaran Bothra, a member of the Amrit Mahotsav Reception Committee, praised Siddheshwar Brahmarshi Gurudev as a profound Siddhguru, emphasising that his awakening of the Seven Kundalini and Seven Chakras since birth has elevated him to the stature of a Brahmarshi, transcending realms from Brahma Lok to Vishnu Lok and Shiv Lok.
Global chairperson of Sri Brahmrishi Ashram, Sarla Bothra, highlighted that Brahmarshi Gurudev possesses Ashta Siddhi and Nava Nidhi, which he employs for the betterment of the world. Ravi Pugalia, the national media president of Sri Brahmrishi Ashram, noted the substantial gathering of devotees from across the country who congregated in Guwahati for this significant event.
