KHERONI, Jan 7: Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang participated in the Gunotsav, 2025, as an external evaluation, in Chirikangnep English School on Tuesday.
During his visit the CEM interacted with the students and teachers and also conducted writing and reading tests for students to assess their learning.
Ronghang, appreciating the dedication of the teachers and the enthusiasm displayed by the students, said, “It was good to see the dedication of the teachers and the enthusiasm of the students.”
He lauded the collective efforts of everyone involved in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment at the school.
Commending the school’s progress, Ronghang added, “Kudos to everyone involved in creating a positive learning environment. I look forward to seeing the continued growth of the school.”
The visit is part of the state-wide Gunotsav program, an initiative to evaluate and improve the quality of education in schools across Assam.
CEM Ronghang’s presence added significance to the event, inspiring the staff and students to strive for excellence.
Gunotsav, a flagship programme of the Assam government, continues to play a crucial role in enhancing the state’s education system by focusing on holistic development and strengthening school infrastructure.
