MLA Bhaskar Sharma inaugurates 14 development projects

MARGHERITA, March 27: Margherita MLA Bhaskar Sharma laid the foundation stones for 14 developmental projects on Thursday.

The projects included two concrete roads in Makum Pathar and a water supply project in Kalibari, Margherita.

The projects also included the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Namdang Basti Line Road and water supply project under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (Amrut 2.0) scheme of Margherita Margherita board at ward no. 9 Margherita.

Bhaskar Sharma announced that a total of 14 foundation stones of development projects were laid in a single day in various places under 83 no Margherita LAC, as BJP led Government both at Union and State is committed for all round development.

The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Margherita MLA representative Dishen Tipomia,Margherita Municipal Board Chairman Ananda Kumar Sharma, Margherita Municipal Board executive officer Dheeraj Bhattacharjee,  Margherita BJP Sadar Mandal President Suman Khalen, Margherita BJP Block Mandal President Sukhdev Sharma,  Margherita BJP Town Mandal President Dhiraj Sonowal,Margherita Municipal Board ward commissioners and many senior BJP leaders among others were present.

This development is expected to boost infrastructure and economic growth in the Margherita region.
