NAGAON, June 11: The District Agriculture Office, in collaboration with the district administration in Nagaon, will be organising 6 mega special camps from June 13 to 15, along with 17 additional camps from June 12 to 23 across the district. These camps aim to conduct biometric e-KYC through CSC operators, link bank accounts with Aadhaar, and facilitate the linking of mobile numbers through IPPB, CSC, and Aadhaar Sewa Kendra.
According to a press note by district agriculture officer Ranjan P Deka, the 14th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi has already been released by the central government. However, many beneficiaries of the scheme have been unable to receive their funds due to pending e-KYC, bank account linking with Aadhaar, or mobile number linking with Aadhaar. Deka emphasised the importance of attending the camps and urged all beneficiary farmers to update these mandatory requirements during the designated days.
