DIPHU, Nov 4: The Reception Committee (RC) for holding of 32nd Annual General Conference (AGM) of Karbi Lammet Amei (KLA) – Karbi literary body was formed in a meeting held at the open stage of Amlokhi Sports Association, Rongthelu (Amlokhi) on Saturday.
The meeting was chaired by president, KLA central committee, Barim Engti.

After a prolonged discussion the office bearers for the RC was appointed.
Executive Member (EM), Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Surjyo Rongphar has been appointed as president, Nobin Terang Chairman, Karbi Language Development Board, KAAC as vice president and On Teron as general secretary.
Various sub-committees were also formed to assign separate activities for the preparation of the conference.
General secretary, KLA central committee, Joysing Tokbi and advisers Liladhar Teron and Chondrosing Teron were also present in the meeting.
