Bank of Baroda marks 116th foundation day

DALGAON, July 20: On Thursday, the Bank of Baroda celebrated its 116th foundation day with a heartwarming event at Child Home, Mangaldai. The bank officials convened at the District Child Home, where they engaged with the children, distributing essential school items such as handbooks, pens, and other school-related supplies. The interaction with the children was a delightful experience for both the Bank representatives and the young beneficiaries.

Sabita Baishya, the branch manager of the Mangaldai College Branch, expressed the Bank’s unwavering commitment to assisting those in need. The Bank’s asset manager, G Bayan, SWO Dhrubajyoti Kalita, and head cashier Vinod Kumar were also present at the event, further emphasising the Bank’s dedication to serving the community.

The district child protection officer, Gautam Saharia, and Rashmi Rekha, the owner of Kasturi Child Home, graced the occasion along with many other bank officials. The presence of these esteemed guests added to the warmth and significance of the celebration.
